Description
A poster signed by R. Yosef Hayyim Sonnenfeld and fifty other Rabbis saying that since women had been legally allowed to participate in both voting and being elected to the "assembly of the chosen" that it is forbidden for either man or women to take part in this election, and wherever possible to also prevent one's neighbors and relatives from doing so. It is dated MarHeshvan 5686 (October, 1925).
